clintPrivacy Policy

This page describes what we collect when you use clint and how we keep that data protected. We at clint handle personal information differently depending on whether you are signing up, depositing funds, playing games, or withdrawing winnings. Each step involves different data points, and we encrypt all of them.

Our privacy practices follow Indonesian data-protection principles and the standards of the jurisdictions where we operate. We do not sell your data to marketers or third-party advertisers. We share your information only with payment processors, game providers, and compliance authorities as required by law.

This policy applies to clint.bet and our mobile app. If you have questions about how we handle your data, contact us via the support channel in your account or email the clint compliance team directly.

We record your IP address, device type, browser, and timestamp for each session. We also track your account balance, withdrawal requests, and support tickets. All of this data feeds into your clint Result Table, which you can audit anytime.

How We Use Your clint Data

We use your clint data for five main purposes. First, to operate the platform—we need your email to send account updates, your phone to verify login attempts, and your payment method to process deposits and withdrawals. Second, to comply with law—we retain transaction records for tax authorities and anti-money-laundering investigators. Third, to prevent fraud—we monitor your account for suspicious patterns (e.g., multiple logins from different countries, sudden large withdrawals) and may freeze your account pending investigation. Fourth, to resolve disputes—if you contest a game outcome or payment, we pull your Result Table and session logs to investigate. Fifth, to improve clint—we analyze aggregate, anonymised data to understand how players use our platform and where we can improve speed or stability.

We do not use your clint data to build marketing profiles or to sell to third parties. We do not contact you unsolicited with promotional offers. We do not share your name or account details with other gaming operators.

Note: Our servers may sit outside your jurisdiction. Your clint data may be processed, stored, or backed up in data centres in other countries. By using clint, you consent to this cross-border data transfer. We enforce the same encryption and security standards wherever your data resides.

Your Rights and Our clint Data Practices

Data Security and Encryption

We encrypt all clint account data in transit (HTTPS) and at rest (AES-256). Your password is hashed using bcrypt; we never store plaintext passwords. Payment details are tokenised by our licensed processor; we hold only a reference token. Your national ID is encrypted and accessible only to our identity-verification team. We conduct annual security audits and penetration testing to ensure our systems remain secure.

If we detect a data breach—for example, an unauthorised access to a clint server—we will notify affected users within 30 days and provide guidance on securing your account. We maintain cyber-insurance to cover data-breach costs. However, we cannot guarantee that a breach will never occur; the best we can do is minimise the risk through robust encryption and monitoring.

Each processor signs a data-protection agreement with clint stipulating confidentiality and security standards.

We may disclose your clint data to government authorities (tax agencies, financial regulators, law enforcement) if legally required via court order or regulatory demand. We will notify you of such disclosure unless law prohibits us from doing so.
